What Forgade does

Forgade logs workouts, tracks GPS routes, reads Bluetooth sensors and data from Apple Health or Health Connect, and provides gym, nutrition, wellness, and analytics features. Basic local features remain free and usable without creating an account.

An account is only required for features that go through our servers: AI Coach, cloud sync, web portal, live sharing, and services that call external usage-based providers.

Forgade is not a medical device

Recovery scores, heart rate zones, effort estimates, and any other metrics calculated by the app are intended for fitness and informational purposes. They are not a diagnosis, do not replace medical advice, and must not be used for healthcare decisions. If you have a health condition, consult a physician before following any guidance from the app or the AI Coach.

The AI Coach generates text using a language model: it can make mistakes. Treat its suggestions as ideas, not as prescriptions.

Plans and pricing

Prices shown are list prices for Italy. The actual price, currency, and applicable taxes are those shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.

Monthly AI credits do not roll over: unused credits expire at renewal. On the annual plan the credits are granted each month. The 2 credits on the Free plan are granted only once, once per device, after email verification. When available, extra credit packs can be purchased only with an active Pro plan.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Purchase, renewal, and cancellation occur through the App Store or Google Play: cancellation is performed in your store settings, not here, and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds are also handled by the store according to its policies. We do not collect payment directly and cannot issue a refund on their behalf; when the store notifies us of a refund, we revoke corresponding access.

Promo codes

A redeemed code grants a limited-time Lite plan period plus any AI credits included with the code. It can only be used once per account, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be revoked at any time for improper use. Credits obtained with a code expire together with the granted period.

What happens when a plan ends

Your local workout data always remains on your device, regardless of your plan.

After the store grace period ends, cloud copies of your activities remain recoverable for 30 days, and are then deleted. Data on your device is never deleted by us.

Acceptable use

By using Forgade you agree not to:

• use the app while driving or in situations where distraction is dangerous;
• attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or access controls;
• automate requests to our services beyond normal personal use;
• upload illegal content or data belonging to others without their consent;
• resell, transfer, or share access to a paid plan.

In the event of a violation, we may suspend or terminate your account. If termination is not due to your violation, you can still export your data before it is deleted.

Service availability

We make every effort to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be accessible or error-free. Some features depend on third-party providers — maps, route search, recipes, language models — and may be limited or suspended if that provider becomes unavailable or modifies its terms.

Offline maps are currently not available on any plan, due to provider licensing constraints.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You can close your account at any time from the app or web portal: closure deletes account data as described in the privacy policy, and does not entitle you to a refund for the period already paid.

To create an account you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country if higher.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data not caused by our willful intent or gross negligence, or consequences arising from decisions made based on information provided by the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice by email or within the app. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription and close your account; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory jurisdictional rules of your place of residence or domicile remain unaffected.
