The right pace, even the day after leg day.

Road, trail, treadmill, walking and hiking. The phone stays in your pocket with the screen off: it keeps recording, and what you need to know it tells you in your headphones.

What you get when you run

The phone stays in your pocket

GPS and heart rate strap keep recording with the screen locked. No need to hold it or look at it to know how you're doing.

Laps read in your ear

Every kilometre, or every few minutes, a voice gives you the lap's time, pace and heart rate. It lowers your music for a moment, then lets it carry on.

Heart rate alert

If you switch it on, a notification warns you when you go above 95% of your maximum heart rate: handy on repeats and climbs.

Pace, not speed

Running profiles think in minutes per kilometre: pace, distance and time, with your heart rate next to them.

Trails and hikes

Climbing, gradient and elevation profile, and GPX routes to follow with spoken directions.

Your pace and your race times

From your runs the app estimates critical speed, pace zones and times over 5 km, 10 km, half and full marathon, with a range. If your paces change it proposes updating them: you decide.

Ready-made plans

From a race goal you create a plan: first 5 km in 8 weeks with running and walking, 5-10 km, half, marathon, or a return after a break. The cockpit guides the sessions.

Guided intervals

In a session with a pace or speed target, a voice tells you to speed up or slow down, and on a treadmill the distance is estimated from the blocks.

The heat, before you head out

For outdoor runs the app looks at the forecast and offers to shorten, slow down or move the session.

In the Coach's plan

The Coach puts runs in your plan alongside gym and other sports, and suggests moving them when recovery isn't there.

FAQ

Do I need a watch?

No. GPS comes from your phone, heart rate from a standard Bluetooth strap, or from a watch that broadcasts it like a strap.

Can I import runs from other apps?

Yes, from .fit or .zip files in Settings (Cloud & Sync) and from Intervals.icu. New runs upload to Strava and Intervals.icu.

Try it on your next session.

Free, no card. Your data stays on your phone.
